About the role:
Join our team as a Sales Consultant, based in our HomeWorld Leppington Display village where you’ll turn dreams into homes. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the home-building process with confidence and care. We are searching for a driven, friendly and customer-centric Sales Consultant to help our customers realise that a Rawson Home is the right choice. The successful applicant will have a new homes sales background and understand that selling our homes is not another product, but a journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their new home requirements and lifestyle solutions
- Sell contract homes and house & land packages to achieve sales targets
- Generate leads through display home engagement working with clients to convert interest into sales
- Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Develop and maintain a network of industry partners
- Weekend and public holiday availability is essential for this role, as these are prime times to connect with customers. If you love being where the action is, this is when you'll make the biggest impact.
About You:
Qualifications:
- Real Estate Licence (highly desirable)
Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven closing ability
- Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction / home building is preferred
- Passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity - Salesforce experience is highly regarded
- A team player who also enjoys working independently
- Motivated by results and the thrill of closing the deal
