About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Construction & Warranty Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with us and build your experience within the construction industry. We're willing to invest in the right person, providing training, support, and development to help you succeed and grow alongside the business.
In this role, you will support our Construction and Warranty team to help deliver an exceptional customer experience from construction through to warranty. You'll play an important role in ensuring homes are completed to Rawson quality standards, customers receive timely communication, and administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction & Warranty Administrator with Rawson, you will:
- Assist Site Managers with administrative tasks and general admin across the team
- Prepare customer handover packs and coordinate customer gifts
- Respond to customer, supplier, and trade enquiries
- Coordinate uniform orders for Site and Warranty Managers
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Passionate about customer service
- Enjoys working in an organised and collaborative team environment
- Is proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
