About the role:
At Rawson Group, we're looking for a Customer Contact Agent who loves connecting with people and creating exceptional customer experiences. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play an important role in helping Australians take the first step towards building their dream home.
This role is an opportunity to be at the centre of the customer journey, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams while gaining valuable exposure to the residential building industry and contributing to an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry onwards.

Key Responsibilities:
- This role operates on a rotating roster within a 38-hour work week, including a Sunday shift from 10am - 3pm. Fridays and Saturdays are designated rostered days off.
- Be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about Rawson Group homes and communities
- Understand customer needs and guide them towards the most suitable products, home designs, and solutions
- Qualify enquiries, uncover customer needs, and connect customers with the right Sales Consultant
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth
Experience we'd love to see:
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Sales or lead generation experience (highly regarded)
