About Rawson Group:

For over 45 years, Rawson Group has helped thousands of Australians make their dream home a reality, taking pride in our beautiful designs and quality build. From humble beginnings in country NSW, we have grown to be one of the largest and most trusted builders and land developers in NSW and the ACT.

About the role:

The Rawson Group is seeking a strategic and forward‑thinking Estimating Manager, Masters & Systems to lead a dedicated team of Estimators and play a critical role in improving estimating systems and structures across the business, for our expanding range of products. Reporting to the Head of Estimating, this role is responsible for driving the governance, development, and ongoing optimisation of our master estimating systems, pricing frameworks, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) structures.

Operating independently from Production and Sales Estimating, you will provide strategic oversight of estimating platforms, data integrity, and process effectiveness across the organisation. The successful candidate ensures consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in all master data and system‑driven estimating functions, through collaborative management of internal and external teams. As the business continues to grow rapidly, entering new sectors and new product lines, you will ensure our systems remain robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving operational and commercial needs.

A key focus of the role is driving standardisation, best‑practice methodologies, and continuous improvement across all estimating tools and processes, including the implementation of new ACC applications. By maintaining strong master data and pricing structures, you will ensure accurate costing, protect margins, and enhances operational efficiency, ensuring the business is well positioned to scale with confidence.
