About the role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to support our team, based at our Head office in Rhodes. We are Searching for a motivated and knowledgeable IT professional to assist our office and site-based teams from, end user support, implementation of new systems, asset management, training and real time troubleshooting for all Rawson Group technology services, hardware and people. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the core business functions to help Rawson build on its existing systems
- Assist with the implementation of systems changes and upgrades
- Manage incoming requests and tickets for head office and remote teams
- Manage assets, testing, faults, repairs and allocation of hardware for all offices and teams
- Troubleshoot faults, and react to any systems issues in an efficient manner
- Prepare and deliver training to ensure all systems are used and managed to align with Rawson Group's policies
- Troubleshoot and repair emergency after-hours events with a rotating roster
About You:
Qualifications and experience:
- 5 years in a similar role
- Microsoft certificates, ITIL or similar certifications
- Experience in managing volumes of service requests and managing time effectively
- Knowledge in desktop hardware (laptop, desk phones, tablets & mobile phones)
- Sound understanding of Windows software, Zoom/Teams products and Active directory
- Salesforce/SAP software experience (desirable)
