About the role:

 

Join us as a Marketing Manager where you'll develop and execute exciting marketing strategies across multiple products categories. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our residential development projects and spec home program, from initial planning and research. Through to branding and project asset development, planning and executing media campaigns, developing promotions and reporting on progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Creating and executing marketing programs from residential development and spec homes projects, responsible for end-to-end management of research, planning, brand and design development. Production of project assets, management of digital footprint for owned and earned channels and participating in regular Project Control Groups
  • Support the team in managing above the line and digital performance medial with agency partners, managing the production of materials for delivery to approved media plans and reviewing performance metrics to optimise activity
  • Reporting on campaign performance, using Salesforce dashboards and external data to provide updates to project stakeholders
  • Administration and budget management against internal processes and agreed spend limits, providing regular projects reconciliations
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners to successfully deliver projects and support the achievement of targets

 

 

About You:

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent 

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Project marketing and management experience 
  • Stong strategic mindset with brand planning skill
  • Proven experience in managing ATL and digital performance media campaigns 
  • Ability to spot and resolve complex problems as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks to execute projects on time 
  • High level of communication and influencing abilities to negotiate best outcomes
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships as part of a team and ability to partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to details on all facets of the campaign
