About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Product Draftsperson to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing innovative residential projects to life. Working alongside operations, construction, procurement, and safety teams, you'll create and work on high-quality master drawings, technical drawings that turn concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Draftsperson with Rawson, you will:
- Produce detailed residential construction drawings, plans, elevations, and specifications
- Ensure designs meet all relevant building codes, compliance requirements, and company standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to deliver practical and buildable solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve design quality, drafting standards, and processes
- Manage multiple projects and support delivery from concept through to construction
- Assist in multiple existing master sets with compliance, construction & specification updates
We're looking for someone with:
- Revit experience is mandatory
- A Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in residential drafting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, compliance and building regulations
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organisational skills
