Sales Consultant

 

About the role:

 

This role works a five-day roster, including weekends, as that's when our display homes are usually at their busiest. You'll still have two consecutive rostered days off each week - either Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday and Friday - giving you a regular midweek break outside the usual Monday to Friday routine.

 

As the face of Rawson Homes, you'll guide customers through their new home journey, from their first visit to a display home through to signing contracts. You'll build genuine relationships, understand each customer's needs, and provide expert advice to help them confidently choose the right home.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to contract exchange
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the home building journey
  • Showcase our display homes and confidently explain home designs, inclusions, upgrades and the benefits of building with Rawson Homes
  • Prepare estimates, quotations, and sales documentation using Salesforce and CaniBuild
  • Manage the sales process, including deposits, tenders requests, customer updates and contract progression
  • Follow up customer enquiries and convert leads into successful home sales
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within our CRM

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers achieve their dream of home ownership and who enjoys working in a high-performing sales environment.

 

You'll ideally bring: 

  • Proven sales experience
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence working towards sales targets and performance KPI's 
  • High attention to detail and excellent administration skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Residential building or construction industry experience (preferred but not essential)

 

Qualifications

 

  • NSW Assistant Agent Certification (minimum requirement)
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
  • White Card
  • Formal sales training (desirable)
  • Building industry experience (preferred)
