About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our NSW Construction team and deliver high-quality residential homes across NSW.
In this role, you will lead on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager with Rawson Group, you will:
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to keep projects running safely and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders
- Manage construction timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Proactively identify and resolve construction issues
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the build
- Promote a safe work environment and champion a strong safety culture on every site
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and WHS legislation
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Building Supervisor within residential construction
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices, trades, and subcontractor management
- General Construction Induction Course / White Card (mandatory)
- Asbestos & Silica Awareness Certificate (mandatory)
- Current First Aid training
- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate professionally
- A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken
- Problem solving and working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
